SEWAGE SYSTEMS
One of the most serious nowadays‘ environmental problems is sewage disposal. Only when we manage to avoid potential environmental damage due to leaky sewer pipes, our anthroposphere and vital resources for subsequent generations will be enduringly secured. Pipes of all available systems are made of environmentally-neutral materials. They do not release pollutants neither into the surrounding ground nor into ground water and will be staying leak-proof for many generations.UltraRib 2 PP SN10

DN 150 mm - 500 mm
Safety for at least 100 years
The reinforced ribbed wall pipe Ultra Rib 2 by Maincor proves for more than 20 years that with the perfect material use, you can produce a pipe system with an unbeatable stiffness, durability and safety. The environmental aspect regarding the resource-friendly use of raw materials, was a top priority during the development. Even the hardest impacts, as merely produced on test benches, are masterfully endured by the Ultra Rib 2 pipe system. The patented unique combination of full-wall design and rib-reinforced profile guarantees for a high impact strength together with extremely high ring rigidity for flexible pipe systems according to DIN EN 13476-1 and DIN EN 13476-3. Further installation benefits are not only to be seen in the exhaustion of grain sizes according to DIN EN 1610 but also in an almost 100% increase of largest grain size for crushed material.Advantages of the system
- ring stiffness SN 10
- minimum assembly costs due to low weight
- high impact strength and resilience
- 100 years service life
- high chemical resistance (pH 2 up to pH 12)
- protection against surface damage
- temperature range: -20° C to +90° C
- pressure range up to 120 bar
- weldable for special assembly requirements
- application in water catchment areas
- nominal width corresponds to inner diameter
- sufficient minimum cover of 50 cm with SLW60
- DIBt authorized

FOUR PIPES - ONE BRILLIANT MATERIAL
Excellent technical properties of our unfilled PP block copolymer in use together with a sophisticated pipe geometry considerably exceed those of conventional polypropylene materials. Special characteristics of this high-quality material are:
- huge temperature application field (from -20° to +90°)
- high chemical resistance (from pH 2 to pH 12)
- high abrasion resistance
CONNECTION TECHNOLOGY
Position of the rubber ring
Optimum positioning of the symmetrical sealing
The coupling connection is usually the most critical part of the whole pipe system. The MAINCOR rubber ring meets all the criteria
of a long-lasting, leak-proof and long life connection and easily complies with the impermeability requirements of
the standard DIN 1610. The ring inserted is held in its designated position by the ribs and thus
behaves like a fixed ring. Mechanical overloading such as, for example, as a result of movement, is therefore
avoided. The shape of the sealing ring adapts perfectly to the shape of the cavity to be sealed and seals the
critical parts with a perfect distribution of pressure. The pipe system is therefore protected as well as possible
from leakage and infiltration.
bolsters
Easy and trouble-free installation
The quality of a pipe system depends to a large extent on the conditions of installation. In practice, the significance of the gusset area is often unrecognized and its expert execution is ignored. This has a negative impact on the function of the pipe system due to dislocation and deformations. The use of pipe bolsters eliminates the problematic sealing of the gusset area. The pipe system rests, at a support angle of 120°, on an EPS pipe bolster whose diameter is adapted especially to the outer diameter of the respective pipe. Thus it guarantees in the long run for an optimized position of the pipe system, even where soil conditions are problematic and slope is minimal because the acting forces in the foundation are ideally diffused by enlarging the support surface.Advantages
- especially for difficult ground conditions (e.g. ground water, peaty soil)
- No ground-improving measures required
- minimal slope maintained (long-term)
- reduction of pipe stress in case of extreme loading
- optimized sealing of gusset area
- stable position
- simple laying
- efficient laying performance
- optimized operational behaviour
